Companies join forces to form All-In-One Business Technology Services Firm

MOORESTOWN, NJ — Nov. 17, 2010 — Liberty Communications, a regional leader in business communications, officially announced today their merger with Mount Laurel, NJ’s Comp-U-Tech.

The merger, which has been in the works for several months, was finalized today with the companies re-branding themselves as Liberty Technology Solutions. The result of the merger is the formation of an all-in-one business communications firm whose product and service scope is virtually
unrivaled in the Delaware Valley.

For the past 15 years Liberty Communications has been a staple of the Philadelphia region’s Telecommunications scene making a name for them-selves by offering business telephone systems and connectivity services. These services, however, only allowed Liberty to handle a portion of their customer’s needs. Liberty’s President & CEO, Gerry Gordon elaborated, “Liberty has an excellent family of customers and we do a great job of handling their telephones and connectivity, but recently the lines between Business Telephones and IT services has blurred and the demand for us to offer IT and Data Services has dramatically increased.”
